Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.
Payment Information

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as secure instant EFT via PayStack/Peach Payments. For our international collectors, we also support PayPal and international wire transfers.

Absolutely. Our store is SSL-encrypted and we use PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers; every transaction is handled through industry-leading secure encryption.

Yes. You can apply your promotional code at the final stage of checkout. Please note that only one code can be used per order, and they cannot be applied to bespoke gallery commissions.

If a transaction is declined, please check your daily limit or ensure 3D Secure is enabled on your card. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@knotagain.co.za and we can assist with an alternative payment link.

Order Returns

As every KnotAgain piece is hand-knotted to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for exchanges, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Please note that custom or made-to-order items are final sale.

To start a return, please email our studio with your order number. We will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping address for our Cape Town studio.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service (like Courier Guy in SA or DHL internationally), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to the studio.

Yes. If you would prefer a different “Edit” (e.g., swapping a Zuri Sling for an Atensi Clutch), we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Any price difference will be settled via a custom payment link or in store.
