1. The Crafting Window (Lead Times)
Because KnotAgain is a studio, not a warehouse, many of our pieces are hand-knotted specifically for your order.
Standard Edits: Please allow a maximum of 7 business days for production before your order is dispatched, should the product not be in stock.
Large Wallhangings: Due to the complexity of these structures, production may take 14–21 business days.
We will notify you via email as soon as your piece leaves our hands.
2. Local Shipping (South Africa)
We use premium courier partners (The Courier Guy) to ensure your architectural pieces arrive safely.
Regional Areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
V&A Watershed Collection: If you are in Cape Town, you may select “Studio Pickup” at checkout to collect your order directly from our residency at the V&A Watershed.
3. International Shipping (UK & Worldwide)
We are proud to ship our knots globally via TUNL.
Delivery Time: Usually 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Tracking: All international orders include a live tracking number.
Customs & Duties: Please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the collector and are not handled by KnotAgain.
4. Shipping Rates
South Africa: Flat rate of R100 (Free for orders over R1,500).
International: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the piece and your specific destination.
5. Packaging & Integrity
Every KnotAgain piece is rolled and secured in specialized packaging to maintain its structural tension. Upon arrival, we recommend hanging your wall installation or bag immediately and gently smoothing the cords with your hands to allow the fibers to settle into their intended form.
